Maybe you don’t know but it is my duty as a Moslem to bring forth truth and as those who strive to follow the precepts of our Divine Creed, we must strive to adjust our spirit to what is Divine.
On your website, it states the following: the portion of the MSTA under the leadership of then leader C.Kirkman-Bey now under the leadership of R.Jones-Bey is no diffrent than the MSTA that the Prophet set up.
That is not the truth sir. The Prophet didn’t establish a non-profit organization that is under the jurisdiction of the state. The Prophet didn’t elect his officials and when Kirkman Bey took Bro. Mealy El to court, he lost. This is why he (Kirkman Bey) changed his demonstration to MSTA, Inc.
There are no such things as “portions” of the MSTA either. There is one Temple, One Prophet, One Government, One Nation and that is the Moorish Science Temple of America.
We will be doing more videos and will clarify what it means to be a Religious Society but for the moment, let’s look at the Vatican.
A cardinal cannot cut himself off from the Pope and Diocese, start their own movement, elect bishops under him and continue to call themselves Catholic.
This is what happened in the Temple.
The line of Supreme Grand Sheiks are still in succession and the Prophet’s Temple is still in existence. Those who are outside of that, are outside of the law and truly aren’t a part of this Nation and Movement.
This is not hate. This is truth. Just like those who cut themselves off(protest ie. protestants) from the Vatican can’t be Catholic and can’t receive the protection of that Jural and Religious Society(watch the movie Angels and Demons on its structure).

“In truth, according to Norton v. Shelby Co., a 501(c)3 organization/corporation is a “creature” of the legislature, created by the state and therefore controlled by the state. It has no constitutional rights except for a limited first amendment right to advertise (Va. State Board of Pharmacy v. Va Citizen’s Council or the “Ashwander Doctrine”). In other words, this fictional “person” has no rights. It has only priviliges-which can be taken away at anytime by the state. The Holy Prophet himself stated,”If you are not careful, your own brothers will lead you back into slavery”. That is what a non-profit organization is: no rights constitutionally and are controlled by the state.
There are some so-called temples that have to give financial reports to the State in which a person resides.
The Holy Prophet Noble Drew Ali didn’t bring that and we aren’t about that.

it is obvious that you did not understand what the Prophet was referring when he said we first organized in 1925 under General Assembly, General assembly my Brother alludes to the legislative powers of Illinois, under the statues of the then Illinois constitution of 1872 enforced that same year, which allowed for the corporation of the Moorish Temple of Science, of which the certificate 10580 issued by the Secretary of State. Therefore becoming a jurisdiction of the state. and awarded the power to teach men and women to be better citizens, this is civic organization.
Now Brother if you are going to dispute a point then the thing to do is to research before you speak ! this is the reason for the Articles of incorporation : which state the purpose of the temple and approved Nov. 29, 1926.

Again there is another point that must now be cleared up as well. The matter of Kirkman Bey move Jan 2,1934. here is the deal the Moorish Science Temple Of America a corporation has confused many, and some claim it to be something other than what the prophet actually set up ! though somewhat confusing the part a corporation is the significant part ! due to the Problems and splits after the parting of the Prophet. The Inc. signifies that the so called 1934 portion is indeed a corporate entity of the original set up of the Prophet Noble Drew Ali, and if not it would not be able to use, distribute, or to display any of the Prophets literature, this is law regardless of what others think or have been taught !
As discussed with Elders this is the reason why E.Mealy was recognized as the Supreme Grand Sheik by C.Kirkman Bey contrary to what other say, and the title Grand Sheik was not used by his Portion until 1978 by R. Love-El in defense of the Prophets temple when it was discovered that another Moor had indeed sought to dissolve the corporation and move it’s home office to Baltimore. So indeed there is no discrepancy about who is who accept for those who still seek to try and prove points that need not be Proven ! and once an understanding is given then it becomes the part of those who disagree to research the paper works filed in the Recorders office to learn the truth !

In 1928(see back of Questionnaire: Our Authority), The Holy Prophet Noble Drew Ali reorganized this organization as a Religious Corporation or in other words, a Religious Society. He changed the complexion and scope of this organization. The Moorish Temple of Science was the Civic Organization sir. The Moorish Science Temple of America is a Nation-State and Government.
This is basic information that all members should know. A civic organization does not have the ability to sit and convene with other nations in Havana Cuba sir (See our video at: http://www.youtube.com/user/TheMoorishGuide#p/a/u/0/9q8tA1QO0U8). A civic organization does not have the power to travel to Mexico and sit with their President sir. You do know that the Holy Prophet Noble Drew Ali did these things as a Head of Government and Nation sir. The Chicago Defender had an article on January 19, 1929 that said that The Holy Prophet Noble Drew Ali attended an Inauguration of the Governor of Illinois and was extended many courtesies from state and military officials. So, they acknowledged who he was. The article called him “Moorish Leader” not head of a civic organization. If you are under the assumption of the Prophet being under the guidance of the European, you are gravely mistaken, because he represented the Moorish Nation. There are those(Braswell-Bey) who have erroneously attempted to state in the U.S. Court System that the Moorish Science Temple of America is part of the U.S. Government and they were proven wrong. You sir, are under that misinformation.
So, who doesn’t understand? You’ve been mis-educated sir. We are asking all of those who have a desire to learn the Truth about their Holy and Illustrious Prophet to Join the Moorish Science Temple of America. Become a part and a partial to this said Government and become equipped with the knowledge of your forefathers and foremothers. That will give you the power to uplift this nation and be once again within the affairs of men.
